Free membership provides access to all published articles, printable templates, and select free tools. No credit card is required. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Paid plans provide access to RC software products (RC COGS, RC Shift, RC Ops, RC Guest) and are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law. If you experience a billing error, contact us within 30 days for a correction.
